How do I know what size to order?

We have three amazing resources to help you find your size.

  1. Easy-to-Use Interactive Size guide.
    • Click the “What's my size?” link on any product page to launch the intuitive size guide system.
    • Input your height and weight and our size guide will suggest the most appropriate size for you.
    • All of our pants fit true to size, so simply select your waist size for the best fit.
  2. Dimensions Guide.
    • If you want more assurance, we have a traditional size guide with the dimensions of each product category (e.g., signature cut tees, hoodies, denim, etc.) that you can use to measure yourself and find the most desirous fit.
  3. Fit Guide – Video Series
    • This video series was developed to demonstrate and display the fit of each product category.
    • e.g., Denim, Chinos, Sweats, Hoodies, Signature Cut Tees, etc.

Where can I ship my order?

We ship worldwide! Depending on your country, you may have to pick up your shipment at your nearest outlet.

Can I browse the website in my country’s currency?

We currently offer currency conversion to USD, GBP, EUR, AUD, and JPY. You may view items and build your cart in any of these currencies, although all purchases will be charged in Canadian Dollars.

How do I qualify for free shipping?

Any order over $300 (Canadian dollars) qualifies for free shipping. If your order exceeds $300, a free shipping option will be automatically added to the checkout page.

When will my order arrive?

We aim to process all orders within 2-3 business days after the order is placed. Once your order is processed, packaged and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and an estimated date of arrival.

  • Canadian orders take approximately 3-5 business days to reach their destination.
  • United States orders take approximately 5-7 business days to reach their destination.
  • International orders take approximately 7-14 business days to reach their destination.

Can I check my order status?

Yes, you can track your order status anytime after it has been placed. Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped.

Can I change the shipping address on my order?

No, you must cancel your order before it has been shipped and place a new order. Addresses cannot be modified after the order has been shipped.

Can I return/exchange my item(s)?

It's the worst when the item(s) you ordered don't work out for you, which is why we've made the returns process really simple and painless. Just contact us at support@ordnry.com within two weeks of receiving your order and we'll get you sorted. We offer full store credit to the value of the item(s) in question.
